You are welcomed by a sunset over a beautiful view listening to bleating sheep, clucking chickens, and the strum of a guitar.

There are cats. cats, and more cats EVERYWHERE (Cats in Israel are to squirrels in the United States!)

The stories that were read on Shabbat were new to some of us, but solidified universally established Jewish morals.

You are beyond excited to play a pictionary/charades/word association crossover game led by the seven Israelis.

You get to sleep in past 7 am because #Shabbat.

Morning activities begin at 11:45 and we discuss "what Shabbat means to us."

Lunch served a diverse range of sweet and sour meatballs, pasta in marinara, curry chicken, Israeli salad, and hummus .

The rest of the afternoon is spent at the pool and exploring the Kibbutz.

Three hours were spent discussing what it means to self identify as a Jew, followed by a discussion about the Holocaust in anticipation for our trip to Yad Vashem tomorrow morning.

You start to really miss Adel (our bus driver.)

WIFI is easily accessible and everyone is face timing their parents. (sorry I haven't Mom and Dad, having too much fun just Viber me...)

Havdalah services start after sunset at the outdoor amphitheater (PSA cats are hard to see in the dark.)
