In Israel, the Israeli Defense Force or IDF is an important part of the country’s life & history. As most people learn when they experience our Birthright Israel trips, Israelis join the IDF when they turn 18 for 2-3 years.

Join co-founder of Shorashim & Israeli tour educator, Yossi Nameri, as he brings together past Israeli Birthright Israel: Shorashim Israeli participants Hadar Hatman (Bus 227), Shiraz Tal (Bus 24), & Itamar Lev Tzur (Bus 123).
