Jordan River | Page 3 | Shorashim - Israel with Israelis

The hike had some amazing views, but was also very rocky. There was no way we could miss the beautiful wildflowers, impressive cliffs, and adorable turtle that we saw on our hike!

Hiking and swimming was my favorite part of today; the water was cold, but refreshing. It was such a blast!

The river we rafted down was awesome.  Beautiful setting, lots of people, and if you had it in you, you could even jump off trees into the river. We then continued on our way to a river where we were set to go rafting.  The river we rafted down was awesome.  Beautiful setting, lots of people, and if you had it in you, you could even jump off trees into the river.

This day will be very hard to beat, but Bus 358 is excited to see what Shorashim holds in store for us tomorrow!

Today, we hiked and swam in a waterfall, went to see the lookout at Mount Bental, ate great lunch, and went rafting on the Jordan River.

Great people from all over, make up our unique #913 crew.
DC, Boston, Chicago, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio, Israel, and of course Indiana too!

After finally getting a good nights sleep, we began the day by heading to Tel Dan for a morning hike. Following the hike, we went kayaking in the Jordan River. The most striking part of our trip down the river was watching Jewish Israelis (religious and secular) and Arab Israelis enjoying themselves - laughing and splashing each other absent any animosity or tension.

We drove to our first hike, at Tel Dan. Surrounded by trees, we walked over the rocks hovering the flowing water and took many pictures with the beautiful view
